Host an Event During Great Lakes AI Week 2025
Great Lakes AI Week is community-powered, regionally rooted, and built for impact.
As part of our mission to make the Great Lakes the first true Intelligent Region, we’re inviting community leaders, educators, technologists, innovators, and connectors across the region to host their own events during Great Lakes AI Week, taking place November 4–6, 2025.
Whether you're based in Detroit, Columbus, Chicago, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Toledo, or anywhere in between—your community matters, and your voice belongs in this conversation.
What Kind of Events Can You Host?
Community-hosted events should focus on AI education, enablement, or networking, and can take many forms:
Workshops or demos
Meetups or mixers
Panels or speaker series
Student or startup showcases
Industry roundtables or hackathons
These events will complement the core AI Week Leadership Conference being held at Bowling Green State University—expanding the reach, awareness, and momentum of AI Week across the entire Great Lakes region.
